Today is the Day 50th of this blog. This morning, I did a mini audit and fine-tuned this blog. There are three areas I checked into, namely the permanent URL, the second is the blog title, third is the post title. I have to make sure the keywords used in these three areas are consistent and aligned with each other in terms of their keywords.
Keywords
A keyword is a primary term or phrase that describes the content of a blog post or webpage. A related keyword is a term or phrase closely tied to a primary keyword. A good rule of thumb is to focus on one or two long-tail keywords per blog post.
When You Choose the keywords, Think like a customer. Identify your target audience and put yourself into the shoes of a customer when you create your initial list of keywords.

Add keywords to blog post example:
My endeavor is to make some extra money with affiliate marketing during retirement. I retired from my job but not my career. At my age, being able to contribute and share is most essential. My passion is to share my knowledge and experience with more people, especially the young ones. While I am here to empower people during my retirement, I enjoy the daily task of doing my daily blog and youtube updates. My vision is to turn people's knowledge and experience during their retirement into leisure activities or an e-business and affiliate success. Share them with people coming to this blog; for example, you can make money online with affiliate programs. How about writing an ebook, if you like writing.
Color theme
The header color theme is a deep navy blue, while the tab background is light blue close to royal blue. I like the blue sky and the blue color. It depicts the light of hope and direction for future plans and development. I checked some tech websites such as Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Twitter, the blue color is the central color theme. In brief, tech companies are inclined to use blue for their websites. Hyperlinks in royal blue and visited links in dark red for distinguishability.
Layout
Simplicity, visibility, and ease of navigation are the essences. Readers can readily find what they want to see due to the easy-to-read layout and ready navigation between posts and the sidebar menu. Blog posts are placed in the prime location of the page with a width of not more than 830. The sidebar is for advertisements, popular post links, and useful gadgets such as a blog search box. My last blog post width is too wide for the readers' eyes. I reduced it slightly to around 830 for eyes comfort.
Content is the King
What is most important? Content is king. Content is admittedly the most essential part of any blog or website. The quality substance attracts the readers to come back for more. The layout only does the first job of drawing readers' eyeballs. Something informative, helpful, engaging, and impressive retain readers to stay and come back. It is the first success signpost if readers repeatedly return for the content. Just a friendly reminder that the post should be proofread, ensuring no grammar mistakes, standard errors, and typo before published
